Working attitude! 28102009 杰~

Today, I accompany my mum to a XX specialist in Kuala Terengganu. We were the first to be arrived there. To remind you this is a private clinic not a government clinic. We pay more for a better services right?

In the beginning, everything was nice and good where the staff very friendly to us! Excellent! But things after that… Wou! We were there waiting for almost one and a half hour just to meet the doctor. Last checking, they told my mum that clinic will be open 9am. So we started our journey from home 9am…

The doctor came to the clinic almost 1030am.
I know one thing here:

“Clinic will be open 9am, just open, is not equal to when the doctor come.”
Clinic open without a doctor will be?

Just same as the school starts 7am, teacher comes 11am… (Just analog)
What do you thinks the attitude of professional worker nowadays?
Here is not saying the entire professional were the same and maybe the doctor I meet today got emergencies at home or on the ways.
This makes we as patient stupidly waiting for the doctor. After for the stupidly waiting, the doctor never says sorry for waiting and for half an hour waiting, we get a “OK, no big deal already! You can go back already”
